Job Role

 

• Sourcing NTB clients through various channels – Direct, DSA, RL etc.
• Detailed understanding of Unsecured loan & small ticket loans product, segments etc.
• Able to handle various loan products and implement strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes and growth.
• Expertise in tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering guidance to the clients and negotiate (commercially) for the Loan products.
• Recruiting DST’s, assisting them in achieving their targets and driving them towards company goals with Branch Banking as the main channel.
• Should have strong relationship building as need to interact with various RL Branches & DSA/Channels for business.
• Responsible for monitoring industry trends, Competition initiatives and ensuring that we are always ahead of Competition
• Responsible for adoption drive for all digital initiatives
• Maintain Co-ordial relationships with internal stakeholder and external agencies to generate leads for New to bank Clients.
• Ability to source High Value Business Banking Account

 

Job Requirement

 

• Preferably MBA/ CA 
• Experience: 2-3 years experience in the local market preferably some background in Credit & Sales Knowledge is required - ability to get the customer to buy into the asset proposition- loan amount, rate & fees.
• Strong oral and written Communication
• Relationship Management Skill 
• Good influencing skills 
• Job Knowledge- The candidate would need to handle Sales for a gamut of products like BL, FCCR, OD etc.
