Cafe Manage/Cook

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Cook cum Café Manager who can manage daily café operations, staff, and customer service to ensure smooth functioning and good food quality. The role also involves helping with cooking and ready-to-serve food whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the café on time
• Manage staff shifts, attendance, and discipline
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and consistency
• Handle customer issues and ensure good service
• Manage stock and vendors, and control wastage
• Supervise billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports
• Maintain taste consistency across all items
• Help create and maintain SOPs and standards
• Should know basic cooking and help in ready to serve food.

Requirements:

• Experience in café/restaurant management preferred
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Honest, responsible, and hands-on
• Should know Marathi

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
