Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable cafe staff to join our team. As a team member, you will handle food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness, and contribute to a positive and energetic environment.

• Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Provide product recommendations and answer menu-related questions
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally
• Food & Beverage Preparation: Assist in preparing and serving meals like pav bhaji, fries, snacks, and beverages
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards during preparation
• Monitor stock and alert management when inventory is low
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep dining and kitchen areas clean and organized
• Follow sanitation and cleaning protocols throughout the shift
• Dispose of waste properly and manage dishwashing when needed
• Team Collaboration:Work efficiently with other team members during rush hours
• Follow the instructions from the supervisors and the support team on tasks
• Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions

• Requirements:
• Previous experience in a cafe or food service is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
