The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in managing cafés, QSRs, or premium restaurant outlets and must be capable of handling complete day-to-day operations including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and sales performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, discipline, cost control mindset, and the ability to maintain a high-end customer experience. Candidates with experience at brands like Starbucks, Third Wave, or similar premium cafés will be preferred. Salary will be competitive as per experience with performance-based incentives.
