We're looking for a friendly and energetic Cafe Team Member to join our team! As a Cafe Team Member, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.

*Responsibilities:*

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Prepare and serve food and beverages to order

- Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms

- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service

- Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system

- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

*Requirements:*

- Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant environment (preferred)

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg.

- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
