Profile- Domestic BPO - Voice Process
Job Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Communicate clearly in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates both can apply
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Good communication skills in Marathi & Hindi (English - basic level acceptable)
