We are hiring Call Center Executives / Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support, sales, and follow-ups. 

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi/ Marathi and a customer-focused attitude.

This role is suitable for freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in the BPO / Call Center industry.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

Explain company products/services clearly to customers

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups

Maintain accurate call records and customer details

Achieve daily and monthly call targets

Provide excellent customer service and build customer trust

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate

Good verbal communication skills ( Hindi / Marathi)

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work in a team 

Freshers are welcome (training provided)

Work Location: Office-based / On-site
