As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, generating leads, and resolving customer queries. Key Responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to customers to generate leads or resolve queries

2. Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner

3. Meeting daily call targets and quality standards

4. Updating customer data in the system

5. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services

6. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude

7. Working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
