Description

• Drive Business & generate lead for the D2C Channel through Performance marketing campaign on the relevant platforms including Search, Display, YTMax, Affiliate, Social networks.
• Improve lead quality through conversion rate, manage cost per lead (CPL), Campaign Budget Allocation etc.
• Manage Website & Mobile App Traffic through Google Analytics platform
• Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
• Work closely with the IT Team for Customer Journey on the website, CRM, Dialer, Landing Page etc.
• Active participation in website revamp through Content/UI/UX
• Manage Customer Engagement of existing customers through Campaign Management by using SMS/Email/WhatsApp/Voice Calls media vehicles
• Oversee the execution, mentoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
• Budget Management
