ड्रायव्हर जबाबदाऱ्या:

1. उपस्थिती नोंदवही / बायोमेट्रिकद्वारे उपस्थिती नोंदवणे व किमान 95% ऑफिस उपस्थिती राखणे.
2. पिक-अप आणि ड्रॉप शीटसाठी Care 2.0 फॉरमॅटचे पालन करणे.
3. ग्राहकाच्या नोंदणीकृत पत्त्यावरून वेळेवर वाहन उचलणे.
4. COVID सुरक्षा उपायांसह पिक-अप किट तयार व उपलब्ध ठेवणे.
5. ग्राहकाच्या निवासस्थानी वाहनाची इन्व्हेंटरी (तपासणी) करणे.
6. Care 2.0 मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वांनुसार सर्व RO दस्तऐवजांवर ग्राहकांच्या स्वाक्षऱ्या घेणे.
7. Care 2.0 ऑडिट पॉईंट्सनुसार RTO नियम व सर्व नियमांचे पालन करणे.
8. ग्राहकाकडून पेमेंट मिळाल्यानंतर त्वरित कॅशियरकडे जमा करणे.
9. कोणत्याही RTO / पोलीस चलनासाठी उमेदवार स्वतः जबाबदार असेल.
10. ग्राहकाकडून इनव्हॉइसचे पेमेंट घेऊन ते कॅशियरकडे जमा करणे व त्याची पावती घेणे.

Driver Responsibilities:

1. Maintain attendance through the register/biometric system with a minimum of 95% office attendance.
2. Follow the Care 2.0 format for the pick-up and drop sheet.
3. Ensure timely vehicle pickup from the customer’s registered address.
4. Maintain a pickup kit with all necessary COVID precautionary items.
5. Conduct vehicle inventory at the customer’s residence.
6. Obtain customer signatures on all RO documents as per Care 2.0 guidelines.
7. Follow all rules and regulations as per RTO norms in line with Care 2.0 audit points.
8. Submit payments to the cashier immediately after receiving them from the customer.
9. Be responsible for any RTO or police challan.
10. Collect customer invoice payments, submit them to the cashier, and obtain a receipt.
