Job Description
A. Technician – Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain a minimum office attendance of 95%.
- Provide at least 4 days’ prior intimation for leave. Leave applications must be approved in advance by the Service Manager (SM).
- Attend a minimum of 80% of in-house training conducted by the Co-tech.
- Achieve 80% productivity of the desired target, verified through DMS / IRIS reports.
- Maintain 80% efficiency of the desired target, verified through DMS / IRIS reports.
- Ensure internal repeat jobs are ≤10%, as per FI report and analysis by the Co-tech.
- Follow the 5S process – keep premises neat and clean, and ensure tools & equipment are properly arranged.
- Maintain 100% tool availability during monthly tool audits conducted by the Co-tech.
- Read all repair orders and complete work as per customer verbatim / requested repairs. Discuss with the floor supervisor in case of any additional requested repairs.
- Complete all documents as per Care SOP, including the Repair Order and Vehicle Inspection Sheet.
