  • Account Activation:
  • Ensuring newly opened accounts are activated and encouraging the use of other banking products. 
  • Relationship Management:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients to increase retention and product adoption. 
  • Cross-selling:
  • Promoting other banking products such as insurance, mutual funds, and loans to existing customers. 
  • Target Achievement:
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets for new accounts and liabilities. 
  • Market Outreach:
  • Conducting micro-marketing activities in the bank's catchment area to generate leads and awareness. 
  • Corporate Sourcing:
  • Acquiring salary accounts from corporate clients.
