Billing & Payments

Accurately generate bills and process customer payments (cash, card, UPI, etc.).

Ensure correct pricing, discounts, and taxes are applied.

Cash Handling

Receive, count, and return cash correctly.

Maintain proper cash balance and avoid shortages or excess.

Daily Cash Reconciliation

Prepare daily sales reports and match cash with system records.

Submit cash, reports, and supporting documents to the supervisor/manager.

POS System Handling

Operate billing/POS system efficiently.

Ensure all transactions are properly recorded.

Customer Service

Greet customers politely and handle billing-related queries professionally.

Resolve minor billing issues or escalate to the manager when required.

Promote and Upsell Add-On Products To Customers (Drinks, Snacks, Etc.)

Compliance & Accuracy

Follow company billing procedures and cash-handling policies.

Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Counter Cleanliness

Keep cashier counter clean and organized.

Ensure printer, cash drawer, and billing equipment are in good working condition.

Attendance & Discipline

Follow duty timings, attendance, and uniform guidelines.

Adhere to outlet rules and code of conduct.

Key skills 

Knowledge of Billing Software or POS System.

Good Communication and Basic Math Skills.

Honest, Responsible, and Well-Groomed.

Capacity to Handle Customer Complaints or Issues Calmly and Effectively.
