Job Title: CashierJob SummaryWe’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier to handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately. The Cashier will provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers in a polite and professional manner
• Process sales transactions (cash, card, digital payments) accurately
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change as needed
• Scan, weigh, and price items correctly
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints
• Maintain cleanliness of checkout counters and surrounding areas
• Follow company policies, security procedures, and safety guidelines
• Required Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Basic math and money-handling skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Honest, reliable, and punctual
• Preferred QualificationsPrevious cashier or retail experience
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light items
