CASHIER-GARMENT STORE/ GARMENT INVENTORY KEEPER

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage cash handling, digital payments, reconciliation, and retail counter operations.

The BILLING Executive will be stationed primarily at the store reception counter and will be responsible for end-to-end payment management, billing accuracy, and daily account reconciliation, ensuring financial transparency and smooth customer experience.

This role requires discipline, honesty, attention to detail, and confident communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Counter Payment Management
• Collect cash payments from customers at the store

●     Collect digital payments (UPI, QR, card, online transfers)

●     Ensure accuracy in billing and receipt generation

●     Maintain discipline in handling large cash volumes

2. Daily Accounts Reconciliation

●     Perform daily reconciliation of:

○     Cash collections

○     UPI / digital transactions

○     POS machine settlements

●     Match billing entries with actual collections

●     Identify discrepancies and report daily

●     Maintain proper accounting records

●     Report daily to the store manager at the end of the day with bifurcation of cash and digital payments

3. Receipt & Voucher Management

●     Generate proper receipts for every transaction

●     Create and manage:

○     Return vouchers

○     Exchange vouchers

●     Maintain documentation for audit purposes

4. School Uniform Camps (Field Responsibility)

●     Accompany The Uniform Lab team to school uniform camps

●     Manage on-site cash collection and digital payment handling

●     Generate receipts during camps

●     Ensure proper reconciliation after each camp day

5. Technology & Software Handling

●     Operate retail billing software (Retailware or similar POS system)

●     Ensure correct product entry and billing accuracy in MS Excel

●     Maintain digital transaction logs

●     Advanced familiarity with Excel for reconciliation reports

6. Customer Interaction

●     Communicate clearly and politely with parents and customers

●     Handle billing-related queries confidently

●     Maintain professionalism at all times

●     Ensure smooth checkout experience
