Position: Central Customer Support Executive (Reporting & Sales Support)

Department: Sales / Operations

Location: Pune

The Executive will be responsible for managing daily operational reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely communication between the Operations team. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare and share Daily Work Reports.

- Compile and circulate the Daily Dispatch Report.

- Maintain and update sales and operational records.

2. Coordination & Communication

- Communicate with the Operations team regarding requirements.

- Liaise with operations for report updates, and data requirements.

- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Operations, and HO.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Technical Background preferred).

- 1–3 years of experience in reporting or sales support roles.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
