Channel Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive – Channel Partner Sourcing for a premium commercial project located at Bajirao Road, Pune. The role focuses on developing and managing a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants to generate sales leads and drive closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and brokers for the project.
• Build and maintain a strong broker network across Pune.
• Conduct project presentations and site visits for channel partners and their clients.
• Coordinate with brokers for lead generation and deal closures.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with channel partners to ensure consistent business flow.
• Organize broker meets, CP engagement activities, and site visits.
• Maintain proper lead tracking, CRM updates, and documentation.
• Achieve monthly sourcing and sales targets through channel partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years experience in real estate sales or channel partner sourcing.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of Pune real estate market and broker network is preferred.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
