Job Description
- Chartered Accountant – Roles & Responsibilities Manage and supervise financial accounting, auditing, and taxation activities
- Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements as per applicable accounting standards
- Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory laws
- Plan and advise on taxation, tax saving, and tax risk management
- File and review GST returns, Income Tax returns, and audit reports
- Represent the organization before Income Tax, GST, and other regulatory authorities
- Provide financial advisory services for business decisions and growth
- Review internal controls, risk management, and compliance systems
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management
- Support company incorporation, ROC compliance, and legal documentation
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and auditors
- Guide and supervise accounts and finance team
- Ensure ethical standards and professional compliance as per ICAI guidelines
