Job Description

Provide real-time chat support to customers in Bengali language with accuracy and professionalism.


Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to concerned departments.


Maintain service quality by following communication guidelines and SOPs.


Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while delivering quick and effective responses.


Update customer records, logs, and ticket details in the system.


Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt resolution and clear communication.


Meet daily/weekly KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and quality scores.
