Job Title: Chat Process Executive

Location: [Pune Kharadi]

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Process Executive to handle online queries via chat platforms. You will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate responses to customer questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat (live chat or website chatbot).
  • Identify customer needs and assist in resolving issues or answering questions.
  • Guide customers through processes, troubleshooting, or product features.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and chat handling time.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of at least 30–35 WPM.
  • Previous experience in customer service or chat process is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends, if required.
