Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Process Executive to handle online queries via chat platforms. You will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate responses to customer questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat (live chat or website chatbot).
- Identify customer needs and assist in resolving issues or answering questions.
- Guide customers through processes, troubleshooting, or product features.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and chat handling time.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of at least 30–35 WPM.
- Previous experience in customer service or chat process is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends, if required.
