Description:

1. Handling the customer queries over chat

2.Resolving customer queries and concerns over time

3.Assisting customer if they are facing any problem

4. Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company

Requirement:

1.Graduate & under graduate both can apply.

2.Excellent chat handling and communication skills

3. 5 working days with 2 rotational week-off

4. Both side cab
