We are looking for an experienced and passionate Momo Master Chef for our Pure Veg Central Kitchen. We have an Automatic Momo Making Machine, Dough Kneader, and Veg Chopper. Your job is NOT to fold momos by hand, but to create the perfect recipe, manage the stuffing quality, make our signature spicy chutney, and operate the machines to produce premium quality momos daily.

🔪 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare authentic and highly tasty Pure Veg & Paneer Momo stuffing.

Create the exact dough consistency (softness) required for the automatic machine.

Make our signature street-style spicy red momo chutney (Very Important!).

Operate, adjust, and clean the Automatic Momo Machine to ensure a thin cover and maximum stuffing.

Manage daily raw material stock and maintain a 100% hygienic kitchen setup.

Must understand dough texture, stuffing moisture control, and authentic spice blending.

Open to learning and operating modern food machines.

Must be clean, punctual, and comfortable working in a 100% Pure Veg environment.
