Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Café Chef to prepare and serve high-quality café food items such as pizza, pasta, Maggi, sandwiches, and other quick-service dishes. The ideal candidate should be fast, organized, and passionate about consistent taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare café menu items including pizza, pasta, Maggi, snacks, and other fast-food dishes
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet café standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times
• Follow standard recipes and portion control
• Manage daily food preparation and timely service
• Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages
• Properly handle and store ingredients
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist in creating new menu items when required
