Job Description
The below duties of The Chef icludes but are not limited to :
- Monitoring the inventory and communicating with the Manager when supplies are running low.
- Keeping kitchen organized and clean on day to day basis.
- Making all the necessary preparation before hand
- Adhering to all safety standards
- Follow recipes to ensure food is cooked to the correct specifications
- Coordinating the entire workflow and manage schedules
- Suggesting new recipes
- Preparing daily meals for staff
- Keeping check on all kitchen staff and paying attention to their grooming
- Ensurig compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
