Education : Any Diploma/ Graduate.Prefer to have Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts

Experience: Minimum 1 years working in café-style kitchens/ restaurants

 Prepare and cook dishes according to menu guidelines, recipes, and quality standards.

 Ensure all food is prepared fresh, properly portioned, and presented correctly.

 Supervise and train junior chefs or commis on the station's tasks. 

 Maintain the highest standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation.

 Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and control food costs.

 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working station and kitchen environment.

 Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
