Chef De Partie

Responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely service. Works closely with the Sous Chef to execute dishes as per Reeth’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day operations of the assigned section

Maintain quality, presentation, and portion control

Train and guide junior staff

Ensure hygiene and kitchen safety standards

Assist in inventory and stock management
