Position: City Lead Analyst

Location: Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strategize and define systems for field data to be turned into data products to analyze systems
• Leveraging databases from inside and outside of specific areas of operation to create a picture of issues across cities, states, nationally, and across borders.
• The utilization of next generation technology tools in order to test, learn, and apply their power.
• Developing strategic recommendations for action for our clients and the organization alongside HODs like Legal, Information & Campaign, Aftercare
• The analysis and strategic integration of highly diverse data types to analyze systems across specific areas of operation and across the country. These activities likely will have initially a primary focus on one area but will expand over time. 
• Performing various forms of data analysis in order to build a systems understanding of a problem including exploring trends, patterns, and leveraging variables such as time, individuals, businesses, geographies, etc. as variables to develop stories that explain the current situation in a geographic region or across a country.
• Skilled in using social network analysis capabilities to understand structure, function and process of antisocial elements or target groups.
• Collaboration with other organisational departments to integrate their data meaningfully to support analysis.
• Identify ways to empower and enable others to undertake effective analysis, including identifying tools, techniques and data sets.
• Manage the team, including supervising the conduct of analysis, mentoring the team and developing training programs to increase capability.
• Working with our legal team to perform data analysis that leads to strategies empowered by their collaboration.
• Working with the L&D team and global experts to design and execute scalable training programs and systems that enable the organization to effectively generate talent to meaningfully expand to new areas of operation.
• Understanding how to measure solutions, especially novel approaches so proven strategies can be scaled. Discuss strategies and the implementation of organizational and client interventions with appropriate team leads. 

Skills Required:

Excellent in Investigation & Fraud Detection

Experience in Intelligence gathering and Analytical skills

Professionally certified in the recent and advanced analysis tools

Excellent Interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team

High persuasion skills

Excellent Documentation skills

Experience in using Google forms, MS office
