Civil Engineer

Designation: Reserach Engineer – 03 No. 

Location: ID-Kothrud/Chakan/Takwe 

Candidates should have full time Bachler’s Degree in Civil Engineering, with min 5+ Years of experience from reputed institute, having experience in following fields. 

Job Description: 

Competencies/ Skills 

• Having minimum 05 Years of experience for Civil and allied projects in industrial area 
• Candidate should have experience in Industrial construction, project, 
• Estimation, Project Management, scheduling and Planning, 
• Preparation of drawings, Specifications, tendering as per CPWD rules and regulations, 
• Supervision of Quality control, Measurement records and billing procedures, 
• Daily reporting, risk Management and internal coordination. 

Description of Duties: 

• Thorough knowledge of current market rates, DSR rates & specifications, building by-laws, Rate analysis of items, billing etc. 
• Knowledge of new construction technologies and green building materials,  
• Knowledge of safety, EOHS policies, Daily reporting, record keeping, 
• Advance compliance of Preventive Maintenance and capital project works. 
• Co-coordinating with all consultants, contractors regards to delay observed forecasted schedules and quality work. Contract managements. 
• Additional knowledge of AutoCAD, MSP and SAP is preferable. 
• Candidate must have high level of interpersonal skills, fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi and good verbal & written communication skills. 

Preferred Qualification: 

• Four years full time Bachler’s Degree in Civil Engineering 

Experience/Skills: 

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Civil and allied projects in industrial area.
