Civil Engineer

Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and handling inquiries

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

Maintain visitor records and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations

Assist in lead generation through calls, follow-ups, and maintaining databases

Handle basic administrative tasks and documentation

Ensure reception area is organized and presentable at all times

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Presentable personality with a positive attitude

Prior experience in reception or customer handling is preferred
