Civil Site Engineer

Winedge Buildcon OPC Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Site Engineer (3–5 years) with expertise in residential & bungalow construction to join our dynamic team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and labour teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor quality of materials, workmanship, and ensure safety standards on site.
• Read and implement working drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Track project progress, maintain site records, and report to management.
• Ensure work is completed within defined timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in residential / bungalow / civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, vendor management & labour handling.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and ensure quality standards.
• Proficiency in interpreting drawings and construction documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
