Civil Site Engineer

Job Title: Site Engineer – Residential / Bungalow ProjectsJob SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Site Engineer with hands-on experience in bungalow and residential building construction. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring quality execution, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining project timelines as per drawings and specifications.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities for bungalow / residential projects
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
• Monitor material quality, workmanship, and site safety
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site records
• Check and execute RCC, masonry, plaster, finishing, and waterproofing works
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and vendors
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and cost control
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and quality standards
• Required QualificationsDiploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 2–6 years of experience in bungalow or residential building projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Familiarity with RCC work, finishing works, and site execution
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (preferred)
• Skills & CompetenciesStrong site coordination and supervision skills
• Good communication and reporting abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple activities on-site
• Attention to quality and detail
