Civil Site Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for both a Site Engineer and a Site Supervisor to manage and execute on-site activities efficiently. The Site Engineer will focus on technical and planning aspects, while the Site Supervisor will oversee labor and day-to-day site coordination. Together, they will ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Engineer:

• Interpret and execute design and technical drawings on-site.
• Plan site work schedules in coordination with project managers.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and proper use of materials.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate with consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Maintain site documentation including measurements, material usage, and progress photos.

Site Supervisor:

Supervise and manage daily labor and contractor activities on-site.

• Ensure work is carried out as per instructions and design specifications.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the site.
• Track material inventory and request timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with Site Engineer for daily work planning.
• Report site issues, progress, and delays promptly to higher management.
