Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Coordinate with subcontractors, labor, and suppliers for efficient site operations.

Monitor project schedules, resources, and costs.

Enforce safety standards on site and ensure a safe working environment.

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and design specifications.

Maintain accurate site records and report progress to the project manager.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in site supervision, especially in residential and commercial projects.

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and standards.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
