Role - Claims Officer – Health Insurance Claims
Location - Pune Kharadi south
Shift - Day shift
Working Days - 6 days 1 Rotational Week Off
Experience - 2 To 4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end management of cashless and reimbursement escalated claims
Verify policy coverage and claim eligibility
Coordinate with insurers and TPAs for faster resolution
Handle customer escalations with empathy and clarity
Track claim cycle times and support process optimization
Requirements:
2–4 years experience in health insurance claims processing
Background in insurance/TPA industry (domestic insurance only)
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Medical / Nursing preferred
Strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and communication
