Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Perform routine cleaning of solar panels using approved tools and techniques.
  • Remove dust, dirt, bird droppings, and other debris from solar modules.
  • Ensure no damage is caused to panels during cleaning.
  • Follow safety protocols while working on rooftops or ground-mounted solar plants.
  • Inspect panels for visible defects or damages and report to the O&M Engineer.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment (brushes, water systems, safety gear).
  • Maintain daily cleaning log and submit reports to the supervisor.
  • Assist in basic site maintenance activities if required.
  • Ensure proper water usage and avoid wastage.
  • Follow company safety guidelines and PPE compliance.
