Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Call clients who have shown interest in our IT services
• Explain our services briefly and understand client needs
• Schedule meetings / appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with clients via calls and WhatsApp
• Maintain proper call records and update in CRM / Excel
• Ensure all leads are properly handled without delay
• Coordinate with sales team for meeting updates
• Desired Candidate Profile

For Freshers:

• Good communication skills (English + Hindi)
• Confident in talking with clients
• Basic computer knowledge

For Experienced Candidate:

• Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling / B2B calling / lead generation
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Ability to handle business clients professionally
