Client Relationship Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Client Relationship Executive as part of our HR & Placement team. The role involves connecting with IT and Non-IT companies to understand their hiring needs and establish placement opportunities for our students. The candidate will act as a bridge between the institute and hiring companies.

Key Responsibilities

1) Make outbound calls to IT and Non-IT companies to identify current or upcoming hiring requirements.

2) Enquire about open positions, skill requirements, experience levels, and hiring timelines.

3) Present the institute and explain how we can support companies by placing trained students.

4) Collect and document job requirements including role, technology, eligibility, location, CTC, and joining timeline.

5) Coordinate with internal HR/Placement teams for candidate mapping and drive execution.

6) Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and requirements in CRM or tracking sheets.

7) Build and maintain long-term relationships with HRs, recruiters, and company representatives.

8) Follow up with companies for feedback, confirmations, and interview schedules.

9) Support placement drives, interviews, webinars, and campus hiring activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1) Graduate or Postgraduate (HR background preferred).

2) Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.

3) Confidence in speaking with HRs and recruiters over calls.

4) Basic understanding of IT and Non-IT job roles (training will be provided).

5) Ability to meet calling and lead-generation targets.

6) Good documentation and follow-up skills.

7) Comfortable working with CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
