Job Description: Client Relationship Executive – Real Estate

Job Summary:

The Client Relationship Manager – Real Estate is responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects,

providing project information, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. The role focuses on lead management,

customer engagement, and supporting the sales closure process.


Key Responsibilities:

•Handle inbound-outbound calls and inquiries from potential customers

•Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and intent

•Provide accurate information about real estate projects, pricing, and offers

•Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team

•Follow up with prospects to ensure continuous engagement

•Share daily and weekly lead reports with the sales team and manager

•Support sales executives in achieving closure targets


Job Requirements:

Education: 12th Pass/Graduate

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience pre-sales, telecalling, or real estate sales support


Skills:

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Strong follow-up and convencing abilities

•Customer-oriented and detail-focused approach


Other Requirements:

•Ability to work in a target-driven environment

•Professional attitude and phone etiquette


Working Hours:

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM


Compensation & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Performance-based incentive upto ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month based on target.


Performance Metrics:

•Number of qualified leads generated

•Site visits scheduled

•Lead-to-conversion ratio

•Data accuracy and follow-up quality
