Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Relationship Manager, based in Pune. The role involves cultivating and managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing tailored financial solutions to meet client needs. Key responsibilities also include overseeing sales processes, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

Qualifications required:

• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Communication.
• Expertise in Finance and an understanding of financial products and services.
• Experience in financial products Sales & Services.
• Experienced in financial consulting, wealth management, or related fields.
• Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of investment strategies, financial markets, Banking Products & Insurance market.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Graduate in any field (BBA, B. Com or MBA preferred)
• Prior Sales experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Target-oriented mindset.
• Interest in finance, taxation, and investments filed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and offer suitable financial/products/services solutions,
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with clients for renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Maintain proper records of client interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

Salary & Benefits:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 Fixed (based on experience).
