Client Service Associate
The Client Servicing Analyst will be responsible for interaction with onshore counterparts (internal business partners) throughout the Public/Private client life cycle, and partnering with various stakeholders including Product, Relationship Managers, Marketing, Compliance, Legal to deliver a distinctive client experience. He/she will work with business partners to gather and personalize documents for client onboarding process as well as perform administrative/reporting support for servicing teams. The Analyst will be accountable to complete the request as per the timelines with 100% accuracy and in a highly professional manner by managing inbound/outbound communication. The Analyst must have the ability to identify and resolve issues timely and efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop in-depth expertise of the process being handled and continuously focus on improving the process to enhance client experience and bring efficiencies.
- Partnering with cross functional teams to maintain and improve the onboarding process as well as enhancing client servicing related activities.
- Assessment and enhancement of workflows and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Database maintenance and compilation of business metrics.
- Conduct other adhoc and special projects as required.
