Client Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team.

* Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the creative, development, and operations teams.

* Manage end-to-end project coordination and ensure timely delivery of all client deliverables.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

* Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and documentation as required.

* Handle client queries, resolve concerns, and provide regular updates on project status.

* Coordinate with internal departments (design, digital marketing, development, production) to ensure smooth workflow.

* Monitor project performance, track progress, and follow up on deadlines.

* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell WWC services based on client needs.

* Assist in developing strategies to improve client engagement and retention.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 0–2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

* Good organizational and multitasking skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and email communication.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
