Closing Manager

Role & responsibilities

  • Attend customers at the allocated site.
  • Give a detailed presentation about the project.
  • Resolve customer queries if any.
  • Maintaining transparency in communication with the customers, so as to push the deal towards booking.
  • Working towards achieving the monthly target.
  • Build & promote long lasting relationships with the clients to expand the referral network.
  • Using the CRM software for daily reporting.




Preferred candidate profile

  • Should be able to join immediately.
  • Presentable, disciplined & pleasing personality.
  • Good communication, confident & enthusiastic.
  • Good with MS -Office.
  • Experience in Real Estate Sales (Must have.)
  • Ability to work independently.
