Project Role : Cloud Operations Engineer
Project Role Description : Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests. Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation.

Must have Skills : Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration Good to Have Skills : Cloud Backup Architecture and Design Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 Provision servers and creating a gold disk for them Analyze and study complex system requirements Establishing Policies for the Citrix environment Assist in establishing standards for information systems procedures 2 Working with virtual technologies, Windows, OM of these OSs Hands on experience with MS Windows 2008 R2 server and Server 2012 3 Windows Engineering with Citrix engineering experience Knowledge on Citrix Products: XenApp, XenServer, NetScalers, and XenDesktop 79 Blade Storage C Technical Experience : 1 6-9 Years of relevant experience Professional Attributes :Strong customer service orientation 2 Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure MCSE/MCITP a plus VDI Environment experience Experience with Cloud services Professional Attributes : 1 Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application 2 Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running 3 Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge Educational Qualification: Additional Info :
