Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, testing, and deployment of cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and non-cloud infrastructures. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the architecture's viability, security, and performance, while also creating proof of concepts to validate design choices and enhance overall system functionality. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and efficiency within the cloud environment, ensuring that solutions meet both technical and business requirements effectively.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development of cloud application solutions that meet business needs.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies.
- Experience with integration of cloud services with existing systems.
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices in cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize cloud applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
