Department: Manufacturing / Production

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate CNC machinery. You’ll ensure the machines run smoothly, produce high-quality parts, and maintain safety standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, etc.) to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders.
• Perform routine machine setup and adjustments.
• Inspect and measure finished products using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and follow safety protocols.
• Report any deviations or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
• Requirements:Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar role.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and G-code (a plus).
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field preferred.
