CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and certified CNC Machine Operator with at least 1 year of experience in operating CNC machines.

The candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate CNC machines such as milling and turning machines efficiently.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters before starting production.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Measure finished products using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Maintain production records and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of CNC machine operations and controls.
• Ability to read technical drawings and job instructions.
• Basic knowledge of G-code and machine programming (preferred).
• Familiarity with measuring instruments.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Certified CNC Machine Operator preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Additional RequirementsAbility to work in rotational shifts if required.
• Physically fit to stand for long hours during machine operation.
• Strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
