- Department: Manufacturing/Production

- Job Purpose:

To ensure high-quality CO2 welding of air filtration equipment and components, adhering to safety standards, production schedules, and company quality policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welding Operations:

  - Perform CO2 welding on various materials and components as per specifications and blueprints.

  - Ensure weld quality, precision, and finish meet company standards and customer requirements.

2. Quality and Safety:

  - Adhere to quality control procedures and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

  - Conduct regular inspections of welds and equipment to identify any defects or malfunctions.

3. Productivity and Efficiency:

  - Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

  - Optimize welding techniques and processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

  - Work effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.

  - Communicate any issues, challenges, or improvements related to welding operations to the supervisor.

Requirements:

- Experience: 12 months of experience in CO2 welding, preferably in the air filtration or a related industry.

- Skills:

  - Proven ability to work with CO2 welding equipment and techniques.

  - Understanding of blueprints, welding symbols, and specifications.

  - Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.

  - Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness.

- Education: Diploma or certificate in welding or a related field is preferred.
