• Role: Collection Executive
• Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Salary: Up to ₹15,000 in-hand + Incentives

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Contact clients to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and client interactions.
• Resolve payment-related queries with professionalism.
• Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely updates.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.

✅ Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle client interactions with patience and confidence.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and record-keeping.
• Prior experience in collections or customer service preferred.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
