Collection Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers in assigned areas to collect overdue payments
• Explain outstanding balances and payment options to customers
• Negotiate repayment plans when necessary
• Collect cash, cheques, or confirm digital payments as per company policy
• Issue receipts and ensure proper documentation
• Update collection status and customer information daily
• Report difficult or disputed cases to supervisors
• Follow company guidelines and legal regulations during field visits
• Meet daily or monthly collection targets
