Job Description
We are looking for experienced Dealer Sales professionals to drive sales delivery, market share growth, and channel performance in the Automobile/EV segment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔ Achieve volume & revenue targets in assigned territory
✔ Drive market share growth and customer satisfaction
✔ Expand and manage dealer/channel network
✔ Execute marketing & dealer engagement initiatives
✔ Ensure DMS, CRM & sales process compliance
✔ Conduct market & competitor analysis
✔ Train and develop dealer/channel sales teams
🧠Key Skills & Experience
🔹 5+ years of experience in Dealer/Channel Sales
🔹 Strong exposure to vehicle sales (SCV/LCV/ICV)
🔹 Knowledge of Automobile or EV markets
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management
🔹 Ability to work independently and lead channel partners
